“Okrog ene ure” is a performance that lasts about one hour, but it also takes place around one o’clock, as a clock is the central scenographic element of the show.

Already with its playful title, which defines and intertwines the temporal and spatial-content aspects of the performance, the creators do not hide their desire for a comedic effect in the production.

Although the performance has no text, it interweaves two stories: the first about two street musicians and a puppeteer who do not know each other but all simultaneously wish to play in the same spot – at the clock; and the second about a little bird, fallen from its nest at the top of this same clock, searching for its mother while encountering other animals and various obstacles along the way. The creators use the technique of object theatre, bringing various objects belonging to street musicians (instrument bags, suitcases, cables, electrical extensions, etc.) to life as puppets. Key roles in this are played by the live creation of a sonic-musical landscape and stage movement that transitions between pantomime and animation. Elements of puppet theatre, musical-sound theatre, and movement theatre are all interwoven in the production.

The performance, designed for adults and youth, is an original project. It is not tied to a specific space and can be performed both in theatres and on the street.
